Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By engaging EverForge Systems ("Company," "we," "us") for any services, you ("Client") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services

EverForge Systems provides website design, development, and AI voice agent deployment services for home service businesses. The specific scope of work will be outlined in a separate project agreement or proposal provided to the Client prior to commencement.

3. Payment

Payment terms are outlined in your project proposal. Work will not begin until an initial deposit is received. Remaining balances are due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Refund Policy

All sales are final. EverForge Systems does not offer refunds under any circumstances. By engaging our services and submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

5. Cancellation Policy

Either party may cancel ongoing services with 30 days written notice. Cancellation does not entitle the Client to a refund of amounts already paid. Any work completed up to the cancellation date will be billed accordingly.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, the Client owns the final deliverables (website design and content) created specifically for them. EverForge Systems retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless the Client requests otherwise in writing. Any third-party tools, platforms, or software used in the delivery of services remain subject to their respective licenses.

7. No Guarantee of Results

EverForge Systems makes no guarantee of specific business outcomes, including but not limited to lead volume, search engine rankings, or revenue growth. Results will vary based on market conditions, client responsiveness, and other factors outside our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

EverForge Systems' total liability to the Client for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client in the 30 days preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to provide timely feedback, accurate content, and any materials necessary for project completion. Delays caused by the Client may affect delivery timelines and are not the responsibility of EverForge Systems.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Jersey.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
